ABOUT JULES
EXCELLENCE AND PROFESSIONALISM
Jules is a first generation Canadian. He worked alongside his parents and siblings on a farm near Narcisse, MB. His parents, both European, came to Canada with a work ethic and attention to detail and perfectionism that they passed on to Jules. This ethic remains the standard to which Jules attends to all his projects. "Anything worth doing is worth doing right," says Jules. This is why he gets called back so often, with former clients waiting for him rather than going anywhere else.
EDUCATION, LICENSE, AND
INSURANCE
Jules got his diploma in Architectural Drafting in 1989. He immediately went to work designing spaces with an architect. He soon realized he liked designing the space and then building it himself. He opened his own contracting business and never looked back. He has built homes start to finish, as well as every kind of renovation. He went on to get his license in real estate, but never lost his love of being "hands on". He maintains his license, and is fully insured as a contractor.
PERSONALIZED APPROACH
Jules looks at all projects as part of a bigger picture. He will sit down with his clients and shows how their ideas can be incorporated into their home as a whole. Some projects will need modifications, and Jules will explain why. If the project is for a move, he can show what modifications need to be made and why.
